Serie animata con protagonisti due folletti (la dolce Bubbles ed il piccolo Bingo), i quali, per potersi iscrivere all'Università della "Terra fatata", devono ottenere un centinaio di fogli di carta magica, ciascuno dei quali apparirà ogni volta che essi interverranno nella trama di una fiaba di Andersen e riusciranno a modificare positivamente il corso degli eventi; tuttavia, i due falliscono in ogni episodio e si dispiacciono per il finale a cui giunge la fiaba del giorno.

Non va confusa con Le favole di Andersen.
